1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all states and territories within Australia, including New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory, and Northern Territory. We currently do not ship internationally. For international enquiries, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

3. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $500 AUD to Australian metro and regional addresses. Orders under $500 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $49.95 for standard delivery. Free shipping does not apply to express shipping options.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods (such as sales events or holiday seasons), processing times may be extended by an additional 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You can also track your order by contacting our customer service team with your order number.

6. Delivery Instructions

Due to the size and weight of our ice bath products, delivery is to the front door or ground floor of the delivery address. Our delivery partners will not carry items upstairs or to specific rooms. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, the courier may leave the package in a safe location or return it to the depot for collection.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or products, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. For lost shipments, please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, and we will investigate with our shipping partner.
