1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Aumont Ice, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all ice bath and chiller products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, neglect, or modification
  • All included accessories, manuals, and components must be returned
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: consumable products such as filters that have been opened or used; products that have been customised or personalised; gift cards; and products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the product instructions.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call 1800 739 881 to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
  2. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return shipping instructions
  4. Securely package the product in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box
  5. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item shipped, or damage during transit. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange for collection at no cost to you.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or variant, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

8. Warranty Claims

All Aumont Ice products come with a comprehensive 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow the product instructions. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
